The K.I.S.S. Method


The K.I.S.S. Method is based on the phrase Keep It Super Simple. So many people think that living a healthy lifestyle is complicated. They think that eating is going to become a chore and they'll never be able to eat out again. With the K.I.S.S. Method I teach you how to make living a healthy lifestyle simple. We will focus on 3 basic pillars of living: 

1. Mind- When we hold on to stress in our bodies, it keeps us from functioning to our best of our abilities. Together we will work on getting you out of your own way and learn new choices for old patterns and behaviors that no longer serve you.

2. Body- Movement is a very important part to living a healthy lifestyle.  We will work together to find the right type of exercise that you enjoy so that you can have some fun while kissing away the pounds!

3. FUEL- I will teach you how you can eat to help your body work for you instead of against you. Your body will become a fine tuned machine that will burn calories without you having to workout 10 hours a week and you will know exactly what food fuels you for your best performance.

Jessica offers personal training sessions in person if you live locally or over Skype for those of you that live outside of the Atlanta area.

Packages are available for training 2-3 times a week for 30 minutes. Please schedule a strategy session below for more information and scheduling.
